Welcome back to Marine!
In preparation for the arrival of
volunteers the staff have been developing programs and setting goals for the first
quarter of 2012. Learning everything
necessary to run a project smoothly has been fun! We are also happy to be
reunited with our island home.

On Saturday the first wave of volunteers arrived
in Shimoni where they were welcomed and introduced to our team of staff members.
Shortly after they arrived we began crossing over groups to Mkwiro. Although
the waves were rough during the afternoon, everyone made it safely to the
island where orientation and training began.
